We want you to love your Free Fly gear, so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Print and Pack
Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then securely package your items in the original mailer or a box of your choice.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once received at our warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for processing.
